The Account Executive will manage a key Omnichannel account for our expanding Reebok business across both US and Canada. They will collaborate closely with the account team daily, while working alongside Design, Merchandising, Production, Costing, Packaging, Operations, and Imports teams to ensure smooth business operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand development as well as building strong working relationships with all partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Present line to accounts, communicate pricing, orders, and shipping timelines.
  • Review and provide overview of monthly and annual sales, margin, and inventory goals set for each account to achieve corporate financial goals.
  • Collaborate with buyers and the Sales team on orders to ensure that all orders execute the approved shipping guidelines required by each customer.
  • Build strong relationships with key buyers, with an emphasis on Walmart Canada Manage all aspects of inventory management to ensure we have the right amount of product coming in for each shipping month.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to review best and worst sellers, trends, and provide guidance for future SKU plans and inspiration based off customer feedback and needs.
  • Work with Production to review costing to ensure margin goals are met and inbound shipment schedules to maintain customer deliveries.
  • Seamlessly create and maintain trackers, calendars, and tools that keep our process on track
  • Support Planning with the execution of the allocation process and inventory management to assist in managing basic inventory levels to meet or exceed sales, gross margin and inventory goals.
  • Shop market for trend inspiration, competitor price-points and new to market items.
  • Implement and assist in the development/improvements of reporting and processes amongst internal and external teams.

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in wholesale, analytics, reporting
  • Strong Excel skills (ex. SUMIFS, PivotTable, VLOOKUP)
  • Excellent reporting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, have a high sense of urgency, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Ability to work on a team and independently with limited supervision required
  • SAP experience preferred

Annual salary range starting at $80,000
