Sales Account Executive

Our client is a growing Fin-Tech & Prop-Tech company with a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate Investment firms and investors manage their capital, processes, and communication. Their Investment Management platform and services help companies raise and preserve more capital, increase investor satisfaction, and reduce process complexity by automating back-office operations, introducing tools for investor communication, and providing advanced solutions for enhanced real estate investment marketing efforts.
As a Sales Account Executive, the role involves identifying and closing new opportunities directly with targeted key strategic accounts and new strategic prospects. The individual will manage the entire lifecycle of the deal across the company's product line and present the value of the solutions to small-medium businesses, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, including self-prospecting, running sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and closing negotiations.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and deals-working with SDRs or independently.
- Develop a targeted prospecting strategy for the real estate market, including weekly prospecting activities to build pipelines.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively in HubSpot CRM or other sales systems.
- Contribute to the development of the sales team, including documentation, processes, procedures, solution procurement, and implementation.
- Provide sales support both during calls and behind the scenes by collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams.
- Communicate customer technical needs and requirements to the Product Team.
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
- Complete post-sale processes with the finance team.
Required Experience & Background:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive in a software company.
- Results-oriented and goal-driven sales mindset.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle for SaaS solutions.
- Experience working with small to medium businesses and/or mid-size organizations.
- Hands-on approach to developing and building pipelines from scratch, including cold calling and email sequences.
- Experience in cross-selling and offering multiple products to both existing and potential customers.
- Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and people-oriented.
- Native or fluent English speaker.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hunting/selling in the financial market or real estate domain.
- Experience working with tools such as Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
