SB Vision is seeking to hire an Account Executive to generate new business and oversee pre-existing client accounts in the collegiate market. This role will collaborate closely with the leadership, lead generation, and operations teams to manage the sales process from start to finish.


This is a in-office position that requires 5 days per week in the Miami office with initial training in our Chicago corporate office.

SB Vision is an events company specializing in talent booking, production, and concert event planning for colleges, venues, private parties, and conventions across the U.S. Partnering with leading agencies, the SB Vision team brings extensive experience in booking a diverse range of talent, from live bands and rappers to A-list DJs.


A day in the life as an Account Executive:

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Travel to universities and host campus activations to market the brand.
  • Manage performance. Track and report critical metrics data in our CRM.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  • Work with your managers and team to regularly forecast and set goals for your markets.
  • Forecast inventory needs based on deal flow, trends, and market fluctuations.
  • Build and create custom proposals and contracts.
  • Hire and mentor campus directors who generate potential client leads.
  • Manage events on site to ensure safety and enjoyment for clients.

Compensation and benefits:

  • $90,000+ in total comp (base + commission opportunities)
  • 50% match on health, vision, and dental
  • 401k 50% match up to a maximum of 6%
