Description

The Account Executive for Key Art is responsible for driving growth in key art, digital, and product/platform art by managing campaigns, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience independently overseeing full print, product art, and digital campaigns-from creative concept development to final delivery. With MOCEAN's 360 capabilities, the Account Executive will collaborate with various divisions to ensure a seamless and consistent voice across all campaign elements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, collaborating with creative leads to meet milestones, managing final deliveries, and ensuring quality control.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their needs and provide timely responses.
  • Manage sketch artists, copywriters, finishers, and external freelancers for each project.
  • Coordinate and schedule project kick-offs and check-ins to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Track and maintain up-to-date Cost-to-Date reports to ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Manage project assets and templates, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Team to allocate internal resources and schedule project timelines effectively.
  • Partner with Production to guarantee timely final deliveries.
  • Handle all billing for the campaign, including submitting third-party invoices.
  • Participate in regular Sales and Billing meetings to align on project status and financials.
  • Drive organic growth by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities through networking, converting them into long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree from a four-year university in marketing, sales, business, communication or another related field.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience in Entertainment Marketing. Preference with Print and Key Art background.
  • Has an established client/account base in the Entertainment Industry but not required.
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS), and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Versed in Google Slides, Google Docs and FLOAT are a plus
Compensation + Benefits
  • Annual salary: $60,000 - $100,000 - The final salary offered will be dependent on factors such as experience, location, and budget.
  • Benefits include generous paid time off, including 10 holidays, six sick days annually (for FTE), subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision), short/long term disability, fertility/family planning benefits, 401(k) with company match and more.
  • Hybrid schedule; minimum two days per week of remote work
