Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, proactive Account Executive to join our client's dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's success while working at the forefront of AI technology.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): 2x base salary (28%/40%)
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-quality prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social platforms
- Deliver compelling messaging, articulate value propositions, and qualify leads
- Book and manage meetings, converting prospects into opportunities
- Own and manage the full sales process from qualification to close
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on targeted outreach campaigns
Requirements
- On-site availability 5 days a week in Lehi, Utah
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of technology sales experience, including 1+ year in a closing role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
- High computer literacy and comfort with sales enablement tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Understanding of nonprofit development and fundraising strategies
- Interest or experience in data and analytics related to sales performance
