What Makes This Role Different?
Unlike many sales or insurance jobs, we provide you with high-quality leads generated by our internal marketing team. This means no cold-calling or selling to friends and family. You'll receive inbound calls from potential clients who are ready to buy. About 1 in 3 of these calls turn into sales, giving you the opportunity to earn significantly.
We'll teach you the ins and outs of the insurance business and provide you with the tools and methodology you need. All we ask is that you bring energy, enthusiasm, and a client-focused approach to every interaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Clean background and stable work history
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license (we'll help you prepare for the exam)
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with computer systems (email, web browsers, multi-tasking across multiple screens)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Willingness to work on-site at our Houston office (remote options available for established agents)
- Ability to meet ongoing licensing and credentialing requirements
