Job Title: Account Executive
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
Salary: between $90,000-$120,000 base and up to $150,000 variable on top

The business is a global systems integrator - they work alongside a global network of partners and manufacturers to design, install, and service electronic security, cybersecurity, fire and life safety, building automation, and audio-visual systems for enterprise customers.
The Role:
You will be responsible for handling the full sales cycle, closing new business deals and thoroughly managing your book of business, in order to help really take their team to the next level. You will have a strong background and experience in selling security and/or fire related product and services, be able to sell in a consultative manner and have a hunter mentality for winning new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify new prospects and maximise opportunities
- Collaborate with other members in the team and with senior leadership
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of the services and solutions
Requirements:
- A college degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer facing and communication skills
- A background in meeting and exceeded sales quotas
- Business/Market knowledge pertaining to one or all of Electronic Security, Fire Alarm & Life Safety, Healthcare Technologies, Communications and Building Automation
- Articulate, charismatic and confident in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior managers and C-level executives, building strong relationships and understanding complex business needs
