Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

We are a national building automation and energy services provider with private financial backing that provides full-scope building smart building automation to help building owners and managers improve efficiency and reduce operational costs while improving comfort for tenants.

As an experienced sales account executive on our team, you will be responsible for aggressive sales growth in our region. Ideally, you will have strong sales experience within the building automation/HVAC controls industry doing owner-direct sales and/or the plan & spec market.

Responsibilities will include developing/maintaining relationships with ESCOs, facility managers, end users, and more. As well as targeting strategic accounts to capitalize on market share growth.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the Building Automation (BAS/BMS) industry
  • Owner Direct and/or Plan & Spec experience
  • Experience selling into ESCOs, hospitals, industrial facilities, commercial facilities, etc.
  • Experience in the BAS/BMS or HVAC Controls industry

NICE TO HAVE:
  • EPMS or Data Center Sales
  • BAS platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, Distech, Honeywell, Delta Controls, JCI, ALC, etc.
