Connections Personnel is hiring for a Direct Hire sales role for a company in Whitehouse Station, NJ. Looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience to work with a company that utilizes advanced materials, design and manufacturing methods to create high-quality, durable and aesthetically pleasing doors. Role Description
The Sales position involves tasks such as communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, offering training when needed and managing sales processes. While the role is based in Whitehouse Station, NJ, most of the sales will be done in the PA area and the job allows for some remote work flexibility. Will be traveling to customer sites.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience/passion for construction.
- Sales would be done in the PA area Easton, Bethlehem & Allentown. Would prefer a candidate located in that area.
- Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Sales and Sales Management experience.
- Training proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of door industry or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
