ClearSale is a locally owned real estate investment company that for 24 years has specialized in buying, fixing up, selling, and wholesaling over 2500 houses across the Front Range. We help people get where they need to go by buying houses from sellers who cannot or do not want to sell on the MLS.
We're not perfect, and we know we have work to do. That's why we are looking for direct, confident, and daring outside sales professionals with a high tolerance for risk who enjoy challenges and taking dominating action while working at a faster than average pace with a proactive and assertive style.

Position Summary
ClearSale is looking for an Account Executive who is a decisive self-starter assured in their ability to handle most people and problems. You will meet in person with homeowners across the Front Range who need to sell their house and cannot or do not want to list with a real estate agent. They need a direct house buyer like ClearSale to provide them options.
Our sellers come from all walks of life - owners with a problem house that needs lots of repairs, owners moving out of state, owners in financial distress, individuals who've inherited homes, landlords offloading rental properties, owners who just don't want the uncertainty and hassle of listing with an agent, and people going through major life transitions. Your job is to build trust, offer a solution that works, and close deals that support our acquisition strategy.
This is a remote role, but you must be based in metro Colorado and willing to travel to seller appointments throughout the Front Range. While you'll receive leads from marketing and our nurture list, success in this role comes from owning your pipeline-hustling to uncover new opportunities, build local presence, and creatively generate activity.
What You'll Do
- In-Person Seller Appointments: Travel across Colorado to meet with homeowners, walk properties, and guide them through the sales process.
- Build Trust Fast: Approach each appointment with empathy, professionalism, and the ability to connect-especially with older sellers or those in emotionally complex situations.
- Present & Close Offers: Stay within pricing and margin guidelines, present ClearSale's offer clearly, and navigate objections to close the deal.
- Create Your Own Opportunities: You'll be expected to uncover new opportunities beyond our existing channels-through referrals, local networking, community outreach, and other creative means.
- Own the Pipeline: Use our CRM to track appointments, follow-ups, notes, and deal status. You're accountable for your own momentum.
- Understand Local Markets: Stay sharp on neighborhood trends, market conditions, and seller motivations across the state.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Complete onboarding and training program
- Attend 30+ in-person seller appointments
- Close at least 4 deals by the end of month 3
- Generate at least 10 self-sourced leads from community/networking efforts
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate activity in the CRM
What We're Looking For
- Metro Denver-Based: You must live in Metro Denver and be willing to travel regularly to appointments anywhere on the Front Range.
- People-First Sales Approach: You build trust naturally, especially with sellers who may be overwhelmed, emotional, or skeptical.
- Self-Starter: You know how to generate leads, manage your time, and follow through without being micromanaged.
- Sales Experience: 2-5 years in field-based, relationship-driven sales-such as real estate investing, home services, solar, insurance, or similar roles where trust, follow-up, and closing matter.
- Closer's Confidence: You know how to lead conversations to a decision-firm but not pushy.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track leads, manage follow-ups, and stay organized.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle for travel throughout the Front Range.
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-based role with a $5,000/month recoverable draw for the first 3 months to support your onboarding and ramp-up.
After 3 months, the draw may be extended based on performance and alignment with company goals.
Once ramped, you'll earn uncapped commissions based on the profit margins of the deals you close. Top performers historically earn $150k - $250k+ annually. You'll also have access to warm leads, a nurture list, and marketing support-but success in this role comes from hustle, relationship-building, and taking full ownership of your pipeline.
