We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Account Executive to join our Low Voltage team in the Construction industry. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly professional and energetic team committed to providing world-class solutions in the areas of security alarms, CCTV, and Access Control. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, providing them with comprehensive low voltage solutions that meet their unique needs. This role requires a high degree of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
2. Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and conducting market research.
3. Provide comprehensive low voltage solutions, including security alarms, CCTV, and Access Control, tailored to the needs of each client.
4. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss their requirements and provide updates on the progress of their projects.
5. Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure that solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
6. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of low voltage solutions and use this knowledge to provide clients with innovative and effective solutions.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that clients are satisfied with our services.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction industry.
2. Proven track record in sales and account management.
3. In-depth knowledge of low voltage solutions, including security alarms, CCTV, and Access Control.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to understand and explain complex low voltage solutions.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant software.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
