Position Title: Account Executive
Department: Sales
Report To: CFO
BASIC FUNCTION: The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and quotas.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.
Complete or assist on special projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred but not required
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
