Account Executive
HGI is growing rapidly and we are looking to bring on a new member to assist a Senior level Account Executive in our Manufacturing, Construction, and Financial Services Divisions. Day-to-Day Expectations:
As an Account Executive, you will be partnered with a top performer in the industry and work with them to find top talent. You will proactively reach out to individuals and present potential job opportunities. What we provide for you:
• Two-week training session- where you will learn the art of executive recruiting so you can hit the ground running.
• A Team and Manager- after completion of the one-week training session, you will be partnered with your manager who is a senior account executive
• Partnered with Senior Account Executive and team- after completion of a one-week training, you will be partnered with a Senior Account Executive to work with closely.
