SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Executive with proven experience in fast-paced, high-performance sales environments. This role is ideal for a seasoned closer who thrives on converting warm, inbound leads into paying clients through consultative, empathetic engagement. You will play a key role in promoting our premium matchmaking services and helping individuals begin their journey to love and companionship. Our leads come highly qualified, allowing you to focus on relationship-driven selling while operating in a competitive, goal-oriented setting. This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with individuals who have already shown interest in our services, allowing you to focus on consultative selling and delivering exceptional client experiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Engage quickly and effectively with inbound leads via video calls, phone, and email-overcoming objections and closing deals with confidence and finesse.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand clients' relationship goals, preferences, and past experiences.
- Confidently present pricing and membership packages, guiding clients toward informed, timely decisions.
- Consistently close sales by leveraging emotional intelligence, sales techniques, and a sense of urgency.
- Evaluate, interview, and enroll/renew client memberships through a consultative sales process tailored to a discerning clientele.
- Build and nurture strong relationships to drive referrals, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with The Matchmaker Team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional day-to-day service.
- Meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurately track client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using our CRM system.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Proven success as a top producer in high-velocity, high-ticket sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales consistently and efficiently, especially within tight sales cycles.
- Experience in luxury matchmaking a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and skilled in managing sensitive client conversations.
- Highly proficient in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and adept at leveraging modern sales tools to optimize the sales process.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills through events, referrals, and high-touch outreach.
- A personal network within affluent or elite circles is a plus.
- Driven, self-starting, and passionate about helping clients find meaningful connections.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or equivalent with proven sales experience will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced, commission-driven setting with a focus on premium/luxury clientele.
