A leading global Telecommunications company is looking for experienced Account Executives to join their high-performing team in Columbia, MD and Pikesville, MD.
This is a hybrid role- must be able to go in office in these locations when required.
This is a zip code based territory- must be able to travel locally within territory. (No overnight travel required.)
This is an amazing opportunity for a hungry sales professional experienced in B2B sales to join one of the top names in the industry. The focus of this role will be selling into Small and Medium-size Businesses (SMB's), and comes with a base salary, Uncapped Commission and a Sign-on Bonus.
Candidates must be comfortable generating their own leads and prospecting through email, cold calling, door knocking, and closing their own deals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales and maintain existing accounts by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Meet clients at their locations, build relationships, and maintain a network of contacts to support business growth.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues and discrepancies, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Develop strategic sales plans, including proposals, presentations, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to company revenue objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-5+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
- Ability to travel to customer locations regularly and engage in sales activities outside the office.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate solutions effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, demonstrating progressive sales achievement.
Compensation: Base: 55K-65K + $6,500 Sign On + Uncapped Commission
Realistic OTE- $110K+ OTE
