Role Description
This is a full-time role for an In-House Account Executive. The Account Executive will manage and build relationships with existing and potential clients, provide exceptional customer service, and offer lending solutions tailored to clients' needs. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, processing loan applications, and staying current with industry trends and regulations. The role requires frequent communication with clients, collaboration with internal teams, and effective use of digital tools to manage client accounts.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of the mortgage lending industry and relevant regulations
- Experience with Loan Application Processing and Lending Solutions
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Digital Tools and CRM Software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
- Experience in wholesale residential lending is a plus
