Account Executive - FTL Freight Sales

As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in delivering innovative, efficient, and cost-effective logistics solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll thrive in a high-energy environment where collaboration, initiative, and client relationships are the keys to success.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, grow, and manage your own book of business within the full truckload (FTL) and 3PL market
- Build relationships with shippers and decision-makers, including executive-level contacts
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing insight on service offerings and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance KPIs
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in 3PL or FTL freight sales (required)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication-written and verbal
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and tenacious with a customer-first mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
