The Role

This is not a plug-and-play seat. It's built for a true self-starter, someone energized by ambiguity, motivated by results, and passionate about building repeatable sales success from scratch. You'll be instrumental in opening new doors, closing strategic deals, and laying the foundation for a world-class revenue team.

You'll partner closely with leadership to:

  • Identify, qualify, and win new business across mid-market and enterprise segments.

  • Shape and refine the sales playbook and pipeline strategy.

  • Influence product direction by bringing insights from the front lines.

  • Represent a bold vision to customers while navigating a consultative sales cycle.

This hybrid position is based in downtown Austin and expects in-office collaboration a few times per week.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a top-tier seller who thrives in high-growth, evolving environments. You'll likely bring:

  • 5+ years of success selling B2B SaaS, specifically in fintech or payments.

  • A proven track record of new business development and outbound prospecting.

  • Strong storytelling and consultative sales abilities, especially in technical or finance-driven markets.

  • High adaptability and the drive to build without a roadmap.
