Experience: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales position, including prospecting for new business required; previous experience working in a service industry OR staffing industry is a plus.

Job Description:
- Proactively sell company products and services through high-volume outreach efforts
- Strategically manage your time to focus on activities that support individual and team goals
- Lead discovery meetings to identify client needs and align solutions accordingly
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client pain points
- Accurately maintain client data, activity notes, and progress in CRM systems
- Negotiate contracts with a focus on maximizing both immediate and long-term value
- Accurately forecast deal closings and contribute to team pipeline visibility
- Educate prospects and clients about our offerings with relevant, timely information
