Our client is hiring for an Account Director to lead client relationships, oversee end-to-end marketing activations, and manage a team to ensure delivery's that are on time, on budget, and high in quality.



Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and driving strategic engagement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement across marketing, procurement, sustainability, and logistics.
  • Lead the execution of marketing activations, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics, address issues proactively, and provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality, pricing, and delivery standards.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance while identifying account growth opportunities.
  • Lead and support team development through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience at a promotional products or procurement outsourcing agency, servicing CPG/retail or beverage sectors. Wine & Spirits or Beer industry highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience with proven track record of driving results and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in POS, Print, Premium, and Display production.
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with experience in reviewing relevant data and developing insights / analysis; familiarity with tools like Airtable is a plus.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop actionable solutions, present solutions to senior stakeholders, and execute, manage, and track solutions through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a confident and approachable client-facing style.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments - and open to travel as needed.

  • Base salary: $130,000 - $140,000/year + bonus
