As an Account Coordinator at MāHK, you'll play a key role in supporting your account leads and client teams - making sure projects move forward smoothly and expectations are exceeded. You'll bring a steady hand to timelines, materials, and communication while learning the ins and outs of agency life and what makes client partnerships thrive. What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing day-to-day support on client projects and budgets
- Attending (and actively participating in) internal and client meetings - taking notes and following up on action items
- Coordinating with creative, media, analytics, and accounting to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Managing asset delivery across campaign types: traditional, digital, and social
- Conducting research on competitors, industry trends, and audiences
- Helping prepare presentations, internal docs, and campaign materials with polish and purpose
- Leading traffic efforts for assigned campaigns
- Juggling multiple deadlines and staying on top of priorities with grace and organization
- Tracking budgets and updates through Excel spreadsheets
- Maintaining and updating client status reports with clarity and accuracy
- Always digging deeper, asking 'Why?'
What We're Looking For:
- A natural team player who loves collaboration, but is comfortable working independently too
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn't get flustered easily
- Curiosity to learn - about the client's business, the industry, and how agency teams work together
- Confidence in tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and project management platforms like Asana
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset - you raise your hand, ask the right questions, and take initiative
- An eye for detail - because the little things matter
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Previous internship or experience in advertising, marketing, or client services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with project management tools (like Asana) is a plus
