Lasalle Network is pleased to be partnered with a premier provider of executive coaching services. Our client helps organizations develop their leaders through transformative coaching and as they grow, they're seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Account Coordinator to support and scale their coaching practice.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Match clients with best-fit coaches based on needs
  • Coordinate chemistry calls and manage coaching engagement logistics
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and coaches during onboarding
  • Track engagement statuses and maintain internal systems
  • Support billing, contracts, and follow-up communication
  • Run monthly calls for our coach network


Coordinator Requirements:

  • 2+ years in account management, client services, HR, or coaching operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfort working with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, and email platforms
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
