GHR Healthcare is looking to add an Account Coordinator to our Allied Health team based in Blue Bell, PA. Ideal candidates need to be competitive and driven, committed to providing the best customer service to all staff and clients and will succeed working in a fast-paced team environment. This position is on site Monday-Friday or at least 90 days then could move to Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative/documentation duties for Active field staff performed in our ATS System
- Onboarding Active Field staff for new contracts
- Demonstrate innovative instincts, leadership, and relationship building skills
- Putting together Submittal packets for Active employees to be submitted to job orders when we are moving them to their next assignment.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on all other tasks where they need support.
- Collaborate with Recruiters to secure top talent and proactively market candidates to clients based on qualifications, location, and availability.
- Expiring credentials for Active field staff
- Payroll Duties for Active field staff
- Enthusiastic self-starter with an understanding that your success is tied directly to activity as this is a high-volume work environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of recent experience in Recruiting, Sales or Customer Service/Service Industry preferred
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Technically proficient with the ability to work efficiently in our ATS and other computer systems
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to pivot quickly without becoming overwhelmed
- Friendly, approachable, and easy to work with
- Capable of managing a high-volume workload while maintaining speed and accuracy
