Shock Therapy, the premier suspension tuning company in the off-road industry, is looking for an organized and customer-focused Suspension Service Coordinator to join our team. With over 25 years of racing experience, Shock Therapy is known for its innovative approach to suspension systems, delivering top-quality products that enhance both the ride quality and performance of UTVs. As a key player in our front-end operations, you'll be the face of our company, assisting customers with selecting the right products, guiding them through our services, and ensuring smooth and efficient invoicing and customer interactions.

Position Summary:

Provides assistance in invoicing, cashier and customer service for our partner Shock Therapy in Phoenix, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Studies and analyzes accounting records for purposes of preparing statements and reports.
  • Maintains and verifies records of transactions; receives and disburses money; computes and verifies amounts.
  • Prepares invoices.
  • Greet customers.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
  • Organizational skills
  • Cashier and Customer Service skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills, preferred
  • Excellent multi-tasker and handles pressure well

Position Qualifications:

Education:

HS degree or equivalent required

Experience:

1 year of experience as cashier, preferred

Prior accounting experience a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
