Position Summary: Provides assistance in invoicing, cashier and customer service for our partner Shock Therapy in Phoenix, AZ.
Position Responsibilities: - Studies and analyzes accounting records for purposes of preparing statements and reports.
- Maintains and verifies records of transactions; receives and disburses money; computes and verifies amounts.
- Prepares invoices.
- Greet customers.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: - Organizational skills
- Cashier and Customer Service skills
- Microsoft Office Skills, preferred
- Excellent multi-tasker and handles pressure well
Position Qualifications: Education: HS degree or equivalent required
Experience: 1 year of experience as cashier, preferred
Prior accounting experience a plus.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Office Environment
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
