Office hours are primarily weekdays, but responsibilities may occasionally require additional hours and flexibility POSITION DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support for the Dean of CEAS and Chair of Education Coordination of office duties for the School of Education, Receptionist Duties (such as greeting students, answering phones, emails, organizing files etc.) Some accounting responsibilities (preparing check requests, tracking accounts, credit card charges, and budgets). Submit textbook requests for courses Serving as the placement coordinator for the Reading Buddies program Assist with planning and coordinating departmental functions and activities. Facilitating the hiring process of adjuncts and student workers Supervision of student workers QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: Five or more years of admin experience Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Bachelor's degree preferred; some college required.
