As an Academic Coach, you'll work directly with students, guiding and supporting them on their academic journey. You'll be part of a vibrant, inclusive community that values integrity, respect, and acceptance while creating a safe and fun environment where every student can thrive.

What You'll Do
As an Academic Coach, your days will be filled with rewarding work that directly impacts the lives of our Members:
- Power Hour Homework Help: Assist Club Members with their schoolwork, track missing assignments, and motivate them with creative incentives.
- High-Yield Learning Activities: Plan and lead interactive programs that bring education to life and spark curiosity.
- Build Relationships: Work closely with Youth Development Professionals to establish rapport with Club Members and support their social and emotional well-being.
- Inspire Growth: Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging Members to discover new passions, develop skills, and achieve academic success.
What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively connect with students, families, and team members, ensuring clear and engaging interactions.
- Organization: Balance multiple students and activities while keeping things running smoothly.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in database-type tools to streamline processes and track student progress.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Tackle challenges creatively and resourcefully, keeping Club Members motivated and excited about learning.
