Requirements: We think you'll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational understanding of software engineering and systems.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in DevOps, with a focus on automating, deploying, and managing applications in a cloud environment. Experience should include working on large-scale, high-availability systems, and preferably in the payroll or rewards systems domain.
- Expertise in SAP - Employee Central Payroll
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Hands-on experience with Payroll area - ECP - ABAP coding and monitoring tools
- Solid understanding of security principles in DevOps, particularly around sensitive data management, which is crucial in the Pay & Rewards area.
- Functional knowledge of US payroll or NL payroll systems is required.
- Experience with payroll-related compliance and security considerations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative, cross-functional team approach.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), as it is essential to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders across different locations.
