Your Role as an ABA Supervisor
As an ABA Supervisor , you'll play a critical role in supporting Behavior Technicians (BTs), collaborating with families, and contributing to the implementation of high-quality ABA interventions. This hybrid position includes both in-person and remote work:
Direct (In-Person) : Supervise and mentor BTs during in-home ABA sessions, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and support implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Indirect (Remote) : Analyze data, update treatment plans, support family communication, and participate in clinical strategy meetings.
Our Three-Tier Clinical Support Model
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) : Leads clinical oversight and ensures quality of services.
ABA Supervisor (You.) : Assists with case management, supervision of BTs, and treatment plan fidelity.
Behavior Technician (BT) : Implements ABA therapy sessions and collects data.
Regional BCBA Director : Provides mentorship and added clinical support.
Stimuli Support Team : Handles materials and logistics so you can focus on clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-person supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
Conduct assessments (FBA, skills assessments) and write progress updates
Oversee data collection, goal progress, and generalization of skills
Collaborate with families to ensure successful implementation of strategies
Participate in case reviews and clinical team meetings
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (flexible depending on client needs)
Afternoon sessions are typical, with occasional morning visits
Qualifications
Education : Master's degree in AB A or related field with ABA coursework
Experience : 2+ years working in ABA, preferably in-home background
Strong knowledge of ABA strategies, including DTT, NET, and reinforcement strategies.
