What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical and hydraulic systems (yes, cab pulls and turbo jobs too).
- Create accurate repair estimates and communicate clearly with advisors and customers
- Mentor junior techs and collaborate with teammates to keep the workflow sharp.
- Stay current with diesel tech-ASE certifications supported and encouraged.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience.
- Mastery of diagnostic tools and modern diesel systems.
- Deep knowledge of Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke platforms.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and handling the job's demands.
