Job Posting: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor Our client, which offers a great work/life balance, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team. Production Supervisor Benefits/Compensation:
•   Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

•   Competitive Benefits Package , including 401K plan, life and disability insurance, holiday pay, and safety equipment reimbursement Production Supervisor Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our client's 3rd shift operations (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) . In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes by supervising and coaching staff, coordinating workflows, and upholding high product quality. Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
•   Achieve Production Targets: Meet daily output, quality, and safety standards.
•   Monitor Quality: Identify and suggest improvements when targets are not met.
•   Organize Work Centers: Facilitate smooth shift transitions through effective organization.
•   Collaborate on Scheduling: Work with scheduling teams to optimize production efficiency.
•   Assign Tasks: Distribute responsibilities among team members.
•   Set Goals: Establish and communicate daily and weekly objectives for the team.
•   Coaching and Training: Oversee and train employees on safe equipment use.
•   Safety Standards: Uphold all safety rules and company policies.
•   Documentation: Ensure all production paperwork is completed accurately. Production Supervisor Required Skills:
•   Coaching Abilities: Develop team skills through effective training. Strong coaching and soft skills are desired.
•   Mechanical Aptitude: Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed. Assist with setup when necessary.
•   Analytical Skills: Monitor production output and ensure compliance with specifications.
•   Critical Thinking: Identify efficiency issues and propose solutions. Production Supervisor Qualifications:
•   Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
•   Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Production Supervisor or leader in the Plastics Industry .
•   Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office .
•   Leadership Skills: Strong organizational abilities and effective communication.
•   Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds .
