The Northeast Indiana Veterinary ER & Specialty Hospital (NIVES) is offering $5000 sign on bonus for a full- time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team on 3rd shift.NIVES is a 24-hour referral and critical care hospital located in Fort Wayne, IN. NIVES provides specialized care in Small Animal Surgery, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Critical Care Services.

We serve the clients of NE Indiana, SE Michigan & SW Ohio.Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and have strong multi-tasking skills. All candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult situations with sensitivity and tact.

-Schedule:3rd shift - alternating weekends off10- and 12-hour shifts, set scheduleCompensation:Compensation is based on experience and skill level.$5000 hiring bonus.We offer shift & weekend shift differentials.RVT Responsibilities:Assisting DVMsPatient RestraintAdvanced CPR trainingIntensive care nursingAnesthesia monitoringBlood drawsAdministering medicationsRadiologyClient communication/patient dischargeMust be interested in caring for patients with complex medical needs.
