Must Have Experience Required- Strong 3DX PLM Experience, End to End 3DX PLM Implementation Experience
- Solution Architect who can drive green-field implementation program for Automotive Customers
- Build PLM roadmap along with business stakeholders.
- Lead business for requirement elicitation and map solutions in PLM platform.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills
- Lead/direct Organization Change Management (OCM)
- Experience with end-to-end PLM processes Requirement to after sales, Engineering (design, BOM, Requirement Management, Variant Management, Project Management etc.) processes and Manufacturing (MBOM etc.) processes in context of PLM solutioning
- Exposure to CAD/CAM/CAE tool/functions
- Hands-on Experience in 3DEXPERIENCE V62022x or later. Exposure to latest version preferred.
- Exposure to Cloud migration/adoption, SaaS. AWS platform preferred.
- Minimum 15 Yrs. of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE with 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting.
Mandatory Skills Technical / Soft Skills Expertise Level 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Knowledge V62022x or later Expert Blueprinting/Consulting
End-to-End PLM process including Requirement Management, Project Management, Variant Management, EBOM, MBOM in context of Automotive Industry Expert 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, technology stack (MQL, JPO, UI3 etc.), Development / customizations / configuration Knowledge bility to translate customer requirements to technical specification Expert Client Interfacing and Communication Expert utomotive Industry Good
