3-Axis and 5 Axis Router Operator

Are you skilled in CNC machine operation? Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a key role in our production process. We are looking for swing shift 1pm - 11pm. Monday thru Thursday. This is a fulltime job 40 hours a week.Responsibilities:
•   Operate and maintain 3-axis and 5-axis routers efficiently and safely to produce high-quality parts.
•   Set up machines for routing processes, including tooling setup and adjustments.
•   Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
•   Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of thermoform equipment.
•   Conduct final assembly of parts and products as needed.
•   Assist with CNC machine operation and other shop duties as required for production.
•   Package and label finished goods for shipment.
•   Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.Requirements:
•   Strong background in CNC routing operation and setup.
•   Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines.
•   Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
•   Flexibility to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•   Willingness to assist with final assembly and other shop-related duties.
