Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Columbus, NE
Pay Rate: $22.70/hour
Shift: D-Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Rotating 12-hour shifts
Schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off (Includes weekends)
Work Week: Alternating Estimated 36 and 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities -
Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Perform routine production duties such as filling, labeling, assembling, packing, inspecting, and utility operations.

Maintain accurate records and production logs in compliance with FDA , GMP , and ISO9000 regulations.

Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

Follow safety and quality protocols at all times.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Support a clean and organized work environment.

Rotate into various tasks as assigned within the department.
Required Qualifications -
High School diploma or equivalent required.

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operating environment preferred.

Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, on a rotating schedule.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a team-driven production environment.
Preferred Skills -
Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical, food, or pharmaceutical).

Familiarity with GMP and ISO9000 standards.
