Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Production Operator to join an amazing Semi Conductor company in Morgan Hill, CA.

Title: Production Operator No Prior Experience Required

Location: Morgan Hill, CA (100% on-site)

Hours: 2:30pm-11pm + possible overtime required on weekends must be willing to work OT when needed

Pay: $22.00 + 10% differential = $24.20

Requires background + drug test

Must have excellent attendance, good communication, ability to work with small pieces/microscope.



Main Responsibility:

Operates Assembly and Test Equipment used in the Backend Assembly of Semiconductor components.


Specific Responsibilities:

Die Attach ,Wire Bonding, Sealing, Laser Marking, RF-Testing ,Packaging and Tape & Reel

Loading /Unloading Equipment

Operate/Run Production Equipment

Microscope inspection

Lifting

Enter Data in Database system

Die Attach: Experience in Die Attach / Datacon Equipment preferred

Bonding : Experience in Wire Bonding / H&K Equipment preferred

RF Testing: Experience in Testing of Automatic and/or Manual Testing

All other operations: Experience Production Assembly preferred


The operator will work on a class 10k cleanroom environment


Experience/Qualifying Skills:

1 year experience in Assembly preferred (not required)

Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment. Willing to work any shift and overtime as required.

Computer experience/operation necessary.
