2nd & 3rd Shift Narrow Web Flexo Operators Near Milwaukee, WI

About the Positions:
Openings are on the following shifts:
-2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM
-3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs, 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will set up, run, and maintain printing presses, ensuring high-quality production with minimal waste. Preference for candidates with previous narrow web flexo printing experience, but will also consider backgrounds running a turret press or digital equipment.
Pay Range: $22-$33 per hour, depending on experience (includes a $1 shift differential for off-shifts).

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and operate flexographic presses, including material setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
-Stock materials, ink, and laminate to ensure continuous production.
-Assist with plate and cylinder changes, die cuts, and waste roll removal.
-Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
