The Värde Rotational Program (VRP) is designed for you as you enter the early stages of your career. Our goal is to provide different experiences to equip program graduates with the foundation for a successful career in investment management. Rotations span both the investing and non-investing functions, as well as provide ongoing learning and development opportunities. Program Description

Diverse Experiences
  • The VRP supports Värde's mission to build a strong entry-level pipeline of talent with cross-functional knowledge and experience. Analysts rotate through various parts of the business, with their first year focused on business functions and the second year on investing functions , both of which a re key to Värde's business operations. Analysts in the program will strengthen their skills through concentrated work in the areas of investing, sales and marketing, data analytics and beyond.
Professional Development
  • In addition to meaningful rotations, analysts attend week-long learning and development sessions, including but not limited to leadership development, presentation skills, effective communication training and management skills. The learning possibilities are limitless and are a reflection of our commitment to continuous learning and developing talent. Individualized mentorship is a key component of the program. Analysts are matched with a senior leader who provides ongoing development and leadership insights. In addition, opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and informal mentorship are endless. Internal and external networking and exposure to senior leadership is embedded in every part of the program. Graduates of the program have a network and support system that will follow them throughout their career.
Social

Qualifications
  • All majors are welcome to apply. Your talents, abilities, and potential are more important to us than your school or major.
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university and working towards a bachelor's degree
  • Current Seniors (graduating in December 2025 or May 2026)
  • A combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation and advanced written and oral communications skills
  • Business experience through internships or part-time work preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess characteristics that include resourcefulness, solid problem resolution skills and the ability to deal effectively with people in a variety of relationships and situations
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
