1st Shift Team Lead-Weekends A well-established manufacturing company in Hamilton is seeking a 1st shift Team Lead.
Position Details: Seeking candidates for a Team Lead position. Hands on position responsible for organizing and managing extractions, blending and packaging production. Experience managing in a controlled environment meeting rigorous standard for food and safety. Develop, monitor, analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/targets. Works closely with the quality department.
Responsibilities and Requirements: 5+ years' experience in a position of leadership preferred.
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in chemistry, industrial management, business or other related fields preferred
