Job Title: Mechanical Assembler 1st Shift
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
Schedule: 1st Shift 5:00 AM 2:30 PM 9/80 Schedule (Every other Friday off)
Position Overview: We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team in assembling respiratory systems and related sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting blueprints and schematics to perform high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assembled and package components per drawings, schematics, or verbal instructions.
Identify and handle sub-assemblies.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and proper care of production equipment.
Ensure all products meet quality and appearance standards.
Perform repairs and rework as needed.
Rotate between workstations based on production needs.
Follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills: Basic to intermediate mechanical skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with assembly and packaging processes is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
May require standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Requires close, distance, and color vision, depth perception.
Capable of multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.
