Some of the responsibilities and tasks of a Zippy's Manager are:
- To manage daily operations.
- To continuously look for ways to achieve, maintain and improve service to guests; to ensure food handling in a clean and safe environment; and to produce quality products.
- To help to develop talent, build effective teams, and to train team members to achieve their maximum potential.
- To gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty; to be open to resolve issues and feedback with integrity and authenticity.
- To ensure positive ROI, monitor expenses and resource allocation
- To manage inventory, reviewing monthly inventory levels and ensuring the levels meet our company month supply levels.
