Requirements:

  • 6 or more years of experience in IT Support or help desk support.
  • Must have worked with DocuSign and Yardi.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems, including Windows 2000 and XP.
  • Must have worked with Salesforce.
  • Experience in network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve tier1 and tier2 desktop issues, recommending solutions and managing off-site repairs as needed.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain workstations and related hardware/software to ensure optimal desktop service levels.
  • Upgrade PC components as required, including CPUs, hard disks, and memory.
  • Collaborate with network administrators to support the desktop computing environment.
  • Handle incoming support requests, including calls, emails, and ticketing for desktop problems.
  • Manage and execute moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for desktop configurations.
  • Maintain an inventory of all desktop hardware and ensure documentation of equipment and component failures and resolutions.
