Work you'll do Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships
Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives
Manage project(s) financials including development of financial plans
Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities and provide input and guidance into the staffing process
Develop eminences, thought ware, and point-of-view materials

Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree
8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
2 years in a technical or functional leadership role in workforce development business environments
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 15%-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred: 5 years of prior state, federal, or higher education workforce development consulting experience
5 years of experience managing senior level client relationships
2 years of pre-sales, proposal and RFP experience
2 years of experience in the development of workforce utilization and/or training programs
