Activities: Investigates claims to determine coverage responsibility. Establish compensability and exposure accuracy. Collaborative establish medical management strategies on high dollar complex claims. Reviews claims and makes resolution strategy recommendations. Participates in pricing, reserving. Support outside counsel in managing litigated files. Identifies and appropriately processes suspicious or potentially adverse claims and those with third party subrogation potential.
