Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule based out of the home office in South Sioux City, NE with three days in the office and two days working remotely OR a full time remote opportunity for an experienced workers compensation professional.

In this role, you will investigate, evaluate, proactively manage, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims, including those involving litigation. Our adjusters' caseloads are manageable and kept to a reasonable number so they can provide exceptional customer service, meet departmental and individual goals, and enjoy a positive work-life balance. In addition, we give our adjusters the autonomy and authority needed to manage and adjust claims to a successful resolution.

We are looking for someone with:

A minimum of seven years of Workers' Compensation experience.
Ambition to grow and expand their insurance industry knowledge.
Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills.
The confidence to make independent decisions and negotiate with others.
