Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Workers Compensation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal advice to clients, and representing them in all aspects of the workers' compensation claim process. This includes but is not limited to, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in hearings, arbitrations, and trials. The position requires a deep understanding of workers' compensation law, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to strategize and analyze legal cases.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases from inception through resolution.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and interpret workers' compensation laws for the benefit of clients.
3. Provide expert legal advice and opinions to clients about their workers' compensation claims.
4. Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and trials, ensuring their rights are protected.
5. Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
6. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
7. Develop and implement effective case strategies to ensure favorable case resolutions.
8. Coordinate and maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and insurance adjusters.
9. Provide regular case updates to clients and maintain thorough case reporting.
10. Analyze and evaluate legal cases to determine the best course of action.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workers Compensation Attorney or similar role.
4. Extensive knowledge and understanding of workers' compensation laws and procedures.
5. Proven experience in managing a caseload of workers' compensation cases.
6. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to strategize, analyze, and interpret complex legal situations.
8. Strong experience in litigation and trial practice.
9. Proven ability to provide expert legal advice and opinions.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in legal case management software.
