Job Title: Workday Program Manager (Technical)

Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Workday Program Manager. This is a remote, contract to hire or direct hire position. Our client is a large Healthcare organization candidates with Healthcare and or Hospital Experience are required. This role also requires experience running multiple end-to-end full suite Workday implementations and experience running integration workstreams.

What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field of study

Completed at least two full-life cycle Workday implementations as a Program Manager from start to implementation - this is a hands-on Program Manager role

A minimum of 6 Years' experience leading enterprise Workday Programs

At least two big bang full life cycle Workday implementations are a Program Manager for a Healthcare Provider or hospital.

Ability to provide guidance and direction

Experience working in/with an IT PMO is ideal.

Experience running multiple end-to-end, full suite implementations

Must have experience running integration workstreams

Demonstratable experience delivering Workday implementation on time and within budget

What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)

Managing a Workday Implementation Program, technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel and distributed workforce

Managing, organizing, directing, coordinating planning and execution of Workday program/technical support activities and brings in-depth Workday Program Implementation knowledge.

Run multipal integration workstreams
