Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
- Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.
- Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards.
- Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
- Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
- Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation.
- Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective.
- Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skiils: Workday Consultant- WorkDay, Techno-functional will be ideal (WorkDay and Recruiting experience).
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration with the HCM/Recruiting/compensation modules.
- At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform.
- At least 1 years of experience with calculated fields, EIBs, custom reports.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (HCM/Recruiting/compensation).
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (XSLT, Studio, core connector).
- Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Integrations).
