Job Description:
2+ years' progressive experience working in an HRIS system (Workday preferred)
Workday Pro Certified (preferred)
Intermediate Excel experience working with large data sets using sophisticated formulas and functionality
Problem Solving: uses detailed logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity
Communication: Possess excellent presentation skills and confidence presenting to upper management
Priority Setting: Ability to work well under pressure, handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer Focus: Ability to work multi-functionally and handle multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines
Detail Oriented: Focus on data accuracy and system integrity
Demonstrable ability to lead and direct multidisciplinary teams to build impactful customer solutions
Must have skills: EIB/mass load experience, case management, EIB loads into workday, SOX control adherence, auditing/investigation/consultation - heavy Excel usage.
