Entry-level Customer service positions that require extraordinary customer service skills and deliver first-contact resolution consistently. Representatives will rely on optimized product knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and be resourceful in a team environment. Compensation range is $12.00 to $17.00 (before incentives). Representatives must demonstrate skills of: -Active listening -Effective communication -Problem-solving and -(Extraordinary) soft skills. Contracts require complete provided training. Representatives are expected to meet and manage client standards with their support liaison on a weekly basis. Opportunities are NOT available in US territories and the following states at this time: Arkansas California Colorado Connecticut District of Columbia Illinois Maryland Massachusetts Minnesota New York Oregon Pennsylvania Vermont Washington Wisconsin Responsibilities -Manage large volumes of incoming calls in an efficient manner. -Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. -Build sustainable relationships with external and internal customers. -Stay compliant on all policies and required training pertaining to client and platform. -Understand and meet KPI handling metrics consistently. -Accurately document and manage customer records in various databases. -Adhere to the respective client's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Skills -Customer service experience is preferred but retail experience is welcome. -Data entry (45+ wpm) and multitasking (multi-database management) is recommended. -Phone support experience is recommended. -Strong Soft Skills are required. -Strong organizational & Team skills recommended. Candidates must provide the following: -Windows 10 or 11 Computer (Desktop or Laptop) with a built-in ethernet port. NOTE: Wifi / All-in-one desktops are NOT permitted. -CPU Processor: Intel i5 8th gen class processor or better, or AMD Ryzen 3 or better. -Hard Drive Capacity: 30 GB or more of available space 60 GB or more of total space. -RAM: 16 GB of RAM. -High-Speed Internet with an Ethernet cable connection (WiFi is not acceptable). Minimum speed of: 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload is required -Hard-wired telephone service may be requested. Digital Telephone (VOIP) is acceptable. -USB Headsets with background-noise canceling microphones are mandatory. Wireless headsets are not permitted. -USB (corded) keyboard & mouse only. -USB 3.0 and 3 available ports are recommended. -Smartphone or other Mobile Device is required for multi-factor authentication and other security verification processes (with a working camera).
