Production Associate - Woodworking Furniture Maker

$17-18 per hour

About Us:
Adecco is working with a renowned woodworking furniture maker dedicated to creating exceptional, handcrafted furniture pieces. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Associate to contribute to the assembly, millwork, and creation of our latest designs.

Responsibilities:
1. Assembly: Assembly of furniture components using glue and hand tools
2. Millwork: Operate woodworking machinery and tools to perform millwork tasks
3. Sanding and Inspecting Products
4. Training: Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance skills in woodworking techniques and machinery operation.
5. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
6. Efficiency: Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment by collaborating with team members to streamline production workflows.
7. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in woodworking or furniture assembly is appreciated but not required.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training in woodworking techniques and machinery operation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy furniture components.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
